I did rather badly for my tests. What's with me...? Screwing up both English AND Chinese is completely unlike me. *sigh* Got to pick up a habit of reading rather than just writing.
Best to worst:
Jap: 80/100
Math: 80/100
Psc: 74/100
Art: 74/100
Lit: 74/100 (Sad, ne.)
Eng: 57/100
Chi: 56/100
Hist: 55/100 (Another trend o_O)
Lsc: 51/100
Geog: No idea, expecting to screw up so the Yin and Yang will be balanced. Wait, that's not a good thing! o_O
AVERAGE: 67/100 o_O!!!! B3.
Notice how I got 2 A1s, 3 A2, 3 C5 and 1 C6's? Well, for some reason they all balance out to have an overall average of B3. *sigh* This stinks.
CRP and ERP are stacking up on me. Well, I decided to choose To Kill a Mockingbird (Which amazingly I have not read yet) and Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy (Guess why >_>) as my CRP and ERP respectively. I hope I manage to get everything done by next Friday. Good luck to me who will get the books tomorrow. *sigh*
Zhang's started to go into writing. Mike was the only one in the group of Shaun, Mike and I to still write poetry. I would do poetry, but I admit that Shaun and Mike are better at it than me. Prose, I'd say that's my better point. *How I screwed up my Eng paper is another story >_>* Perhaps if Zhang starts writing more maybe I'd get back into writing.
Mike's handed back a Chap 1-4 edited version of ICTNH because he had a few problems editing Chapter 5. Man, I just feel like scrapping the entire chapter because it's just pure sadness and stupidity. What a pain to edit. ;_; I must make sure I do a good job of editing the basic stuff out first before Mike does it.
...I'm honestly quite embarrased I wrote a chapter as sad as that one.
TNN is coming along fine, written 5.8k words so far, and my first arc should be coming to an end soon. Well, it's coming fine.
My third story? ...let's just say I haven't started anything on it yet. >_>
I hope I don't screw up my Lit, History and Geog. Those subjects are really tough and I have a chance of failing all of them. Which is really bad. *sigh*
Most people would just say that it's the GEP test, so it's a whole lot tougher. I would use that excuse too, until I remembered one thing. I'm a GEP. I'm supposed to be able to take this kind of exam papers and do well at it, not screw up badly and mope later on.
I've got to get my act together, or I won't be the only one crying when I don't get into the IB.
...

Well, I rarely post song lyrics, but sorry, I just had to. =P
Gundam Seed
Akatsuki no Kuruma; Dawn's Carriage

Eng Translation
Shaded by the trees, calling out to the wind, I'm lying face-down crying
I saw a version of myself I didn't even recognize
On this guitar I'm playing the melody of someone who's passed on
A star falls in the grief of someone who'll never be seen again
Please don't go, no matter how much you scream,
all it will do is quietly stir these orange petals
Saved on my soft brow,
I send the memories in my palm far away
An eternal farewell as I keep strumming
The heart of a child clinging to a gentle hand
The blazing wheels cast it off and continue on
On this guitar I'm playing the grief of someone who's passed on
The strings in my heart being plucked at violently
In the pure white unstained by sorrow,
the orange petals stirred in a summer shadow
Even if my soft brow is lost,
I'll cross over the far off, red-stained sand
The rhythm of farewell
Branded into my memories, on the ever-turning earth,
there is something sprouting in remembrance
Sending off the dawn's carriage
Those orange petals are stirring somewhere even now
The peaceful daybreak I once saw
Until it is placed in my hands once more,
please don't let the light go out
The wheels are turning

SJAB Camp
SJAB Camp was the Sergeant's definition of fun and our definition of slack. Well, it WAS really slack.
1st Day:
Drill. (Morning to lunch)
OM. (From 1 'til 6, was learning random songs which IMO were really dumb.)
Night Games (We got starched. My poor OM 2k4 T-Shirt. =( )
Sentry Duty (5am to 6am for my shift)
2nd Day:
PT (I skipped it because I was sick)
Drill. ('til lunch)
OM (1 to 6 as usual, lectures on knot-tying and first aid; Drill Profeciency Test)
Cook-your-own Dinner (We had lots and lots of Tuna cans, we're such cheaters. >_>)
Presentation Night (Lots of impromptu action which was badly done. =( )
SBB (1 1/2 hour for 70 PUSHUPS ONLY!!!! Immense slacking. *FYI, SBB is Stand By Bunk. And we did 500+ last year.)
Sentry Duty (5-6 as usual.)
3rd Day:
Bunk Drill Test
First Aid Test (Didn't go for it, so they gave me 10 extra marks upon 50. Pass mark is 37+/50. I got 38 >_<)
OM (1-4, since SJAB Camp ended then. Campcraft IOW Tying knots exam)
Go home.
Liek DUDE! 70 PUSHUPS ONLY?! AND WE'RE CONSIDERED TO BE ONE OF THE BUNKS THAT DID ALOT OF THEM! THIS IS IMMENSE SLACKING!!!
To think that people like Andrew complained that THIS IS TORTURE! And he didn't even go for SBB. I bet he would've died. Geez, for crying out loud, he only did 20-30 pushups because he was being an utter idiot! To think he left for home just before SBB. He is one huge slacker.
I sure hope when I become Sec 4 I'm going to get discipline, without needing to get it myself. People like Andrew here tick me off seriously.
The only thing I learnt from the Camp is not to shout "Tetek! Hahahaha." at people like Muhammad (We call him Mutt >_>). Man, I learnt the meaning of that a tad too late >_>
And I learnt that lots of people make fun of Bhupinder (Fancy name >_>) because of his name >_>
---------------------------------
Went to Anime@ACM with Cle, Gid and Zhang today. I told Zhang beforehand that there weren't any programmes on weekdays. No, he didn't believe me. So we left Anime@ACM in 10 minutes. >_>
Then we went to Zone-X! Spent $5 there. I've got to start saving up more and stop splurging at the arcade. >_>
I CAN PASS MAX 300 STANDARD ON FOOT! And get a D >_>
I still can't pass Tsugaru Heavy. I can't do the part directly after the gallops. =( So much for being able to play 9-footers.
I CAN PASS PARANOIA EVOLUTION WITH A B! And this is Standard too ^_^
Went to the GGXX machine again. Saw the Sol Badguy player fight the Millia Rage player. Sol Badguy pwnt Millia Rage all the time. 5+ or so I think. Then Millia switched to Eddie then beat Sol by some cheap method (Huge uppercut, huge uppercut, etc.)
Then I joined! And I got beaten real badly (Eddie flies in air, I double jump. I land, Eddie appears from below and attacks. Repeat x5+ >_>)
Then the Sol Badguy player saw my Ky get beaten, and played Ky against Eddie. Ky won this time o_O Then Eddie switched back to Millia.
After a few times, Ky got beaten. Ky switched to Sol Badguy. More 0wnage.
Then I go for DDR.
Then I come back. I see Sol Badguy with a streak of 9, fighting a White Johnny. The Streak was broken. >_>
Sol Badguy tries desparately to get his honour back, but fails >_>
Then I see Millia Rage, Sol Badguy, another person who used Ky, and another who used Anji try take on Johnny. All lose o_O
Now I know that there is one at the Arcade there better than the Sol Badguy player. o_O
-----------------------------
took the same test as Mike did, and I got ownz'd by him >_>
C'mon everybody, try it and get ownz'd by Michael who got full marks >_>
Advanced
You scored 86% Beginner, 93% Intermediate, 93% Advanced, and 61% Expert!
You have an extremely good understanding of beginner, intermediate, and
advanced level commonly confused English words, getting at least 75% of
each of these three levels' questions correct. This is an exceptional score. Remember, these are commonly confused English words, which means most people don't use them properly. You got an extremely respectable score.
Thank you so much for taking my test. I hope you enjoyed it!

Aftercruise
Aah, back from the Superstar Virgo. In all honesty, I kinda miss it quite a bit now.
'Twas nice being with 3 other GEPpers in cabin playing Boom-O or chatting past midnight.
'Twas nice playing Chess with Hsieh Wen and nearly winning each time until he makes a sudden comeback. =)
'Twas nice playing Scrabble where I beat Hsieh Wen and Henry.
'Twas nice playing Sega Rally against Jun Yi, Zhang, Sheu Zhi, Isaac, Job, Lester (I gave him a few tips and he's already as good as everyone. =) Sheu and Jun are really good.
Zhang: I'm demn pro.
SZ: Dun fake!
Jun Yi: I'll beat you SZ.
SZ: Dun fake!
Job: I'm demn pro sia!
SZ: Dun fake!!!!!!
Zhang wins.
Zhang: I'm demn pro.
SZ: Zhang's very good leh.
Aah, good times.
'Twas nice playing TC2 Link Games with Jun Yi *though I did it only once*. He's pretty good.
'Twas REALLY fun being able to be in an environment where I can play DDR without being called 'gay' or 'nerd' or 'lamer'. In fact, there's another GEPper better at it than me! =) *It was really cool when the S1s and some other people started to refer to me as "that DDR pro" lol. =) That sure was a nice feeling.*
The cruise was definitely very fun for most of us, though a tad money-consuming for the arcaders like Cleon, Jun Yi, Sheu Zhi and I. =) I can't believe I spent $50 on the arcade in a 3-days cruise. o_O
It was a pity, however, that the arcade didn't have more updated games. I mean, Soul Calibur 1 isn't very new. Neither is Time Crisis 2 (Well, not that I'm complaining). And neither is DDR Bass Solo Mix. o_O Aah well, look at it this way. If it were the updated games I would've played even more. O_o
Aah, the enjoyment I felt when all of us were at the deck at dawn, singing My Heart Will Go On, in the cool, breezy wind of a cruising ship.
The pleasure of eating gourmet at Bella Vista (was really nice, though not filling.) and the Mediterranian Buffet (different selection each day, buffet, free o' charge, tastes nice too =)
The only qualm I had in regards to the ship was that our toilet didn't work for the first day and was clogged the third. =(
Thanks for the fun everyone gave me during the cruise on the SS Virgo!
That would be:
Jeremy Ow (For being my roommate and teaching me the coolness that is Boom-O),
Jun Yi (TC2 and Sega Rally, both of which he's good at. He caused everyone to use the Subaru Imprezza on stages apart from Desert, which will come later.)
Gabriel and Nick (my S1 Cabinmates. I forgot who was who. XD One of them gave me tips on playing Motor Raid. =),
Kevin Low (for just being there and r0xx0ring),
Cleon (Guitarfreaks ^_^)
Bryan (Motor Raid ^_^)
Sheu Zhi (Panic Park *He's demn pro XD*, DDR *It was always a fun thing to look at him play DDR*, Sega Rally *Teh proness)
Zhangbo (For being so tyco at Sega Rally and saying 'Stylo' when I played DDR)
Wei Hua (For being a regular spectator at Sega Rally)
Peter (For usually being with Wei Hua)
Darren Low (Guitarfreaks)
Michael Alexander Chee (Guitarfreaks. All the Guitarfreaks players were pretty pro.)
Lester Tan (I gave him a few tips on Sega Rally and he's as good as everyone else! =)
Henry Liu (For always using the Stratos at Sega Rally Desert until everyone started to use it at Desert too.)
Isaac (For always being the mad driver in Sega Rally. o_O)
Michael (For the Bible Study he had on the first day. =)
Darrell, Marcus (For supporting me and usually being there when I played DDR)
Jarrel (For being with me when giving Lester advice on Sega Rally, for giving me advice on Sega Rally, and being with me when I played DDR. Thanks alot Jar ^_^)
Job (For playing Sega Rally but not doing well each time. Oh well, he always lets me take over if he gets 3rd or 4th. =)
Hsieh Wen (For always accompanying me around at dawn and playing Chess with me. He's good. =)
Did I miss out anyone? Hopefully not. =)
Aah, how I wish they would have more camps where the mainstream would not be involved. That would be so nice. The GEP are such friendlier people than the mainstream. That said, I've a few friends in the mainstream. Thunderation! Assorted SJAB members! Justin Ng! Yeah, that's about it >_>
Well, Term 1 is over, and next up is the horror known as SJAB Camp! I hope my bunk is doing well. o_O

Quizzes
Your element is Fire: Strong, hot tempered,
powerful, and passionate. Well now lets see,
being fire you are quite strong and powerful,
people look up to you greatly and often seek
your protection. You have the ability to gain
many friends and you are always one people can
count on to do what you say you will do. You
are extremely loyal be it friends or family
you'll stick up for them and you are never
willing to put them in a position that could
hurt them. You know what roll you play in life,
leader, and you intend to let people know it.
Not everyone is capable of leadership but you
certainly have the willpower and flare to do
it. You have quite a temper if it shows itself,
one that can often lead you into trouble. Once
your mind is made up there is no changing it
but no one said that was a bad thing.
.:-|What is your true element?|-:. -With Anime Pictures and detailed answers-
brought to you by Quizilla
Hmm, expected. Then again, everytime there's this kinda test ever single 'type of person' applies to you in some kinda way. Try getting Air. That fits me rather nicely at times too. Too personality-based. Not good for people with multiple personalities (basically everyone on earth)
----------------------------------
First Aid Comp. Today. Really sad. ACSI sent 1 Ambulance Adult (AA) and 1 Ambulance Cadet (AC)Team. AC got 1st, AA got 2nd. Pity they didn't get 1st both. Sad. =(
Well, it was boring, to say the least. Though I am surprised how good John Ang and Ezra have become. I've pretty much no chance of beating them now at this rate. =( So much for that Sword of Honour. =(
----------------------------------
Unlocked Kliff and Justice (50 or 55 missions complete)! That's 1/2 of the missions! =)
Gwin did most of it though >_> Bleh.
----------------------------------
I suddenly realize how much blogging has become more of a mundane task for the normal being. I personally feel this is rather regrettable.
Outward vent for the world? People use it for that. Logical psychologically, but doesn't sound like the best idea to me.
Communication for the silent? Logical psychologically too, but no one does this anyway.
Posting random song lyrics for no reason whatsoever? Sounds like Jun Yi to me.
<100 word blogs? Dude. =(
>1 month unposted blogs? Dude. =(
Well, shall blog on this some other time.
------------------------------
Kiddy Grade and Last Exile are taking interesting turns. But I'll focus on something else today.
Megatokyo
Somehow, Ping's words were rather expectable (I really felt sad for her when she was giving advice for Piro, the ultimate loser in the world (but ironically just like majority of us.).
I also really pity Hayasaka. For some reason both Largo and Piro are utter ditzs at love. Well, can't say the world's population has 50%+ of people being good at love affairs and stuff. Largo doesn't realize Hayasaka's in love with him, but he's making all the right moves, until the very last moment. Both Nanasawa and Piro are in love with each other, but neither realizes each other's in love with the other, and Piro's an utter ditz. Ping is in love wiht Piro, but has to disengage emotional ties because she's a robot. Piro never bothers to realize Ping's constant care for him. It's a really sad story, =(. Worst thing is that it's somewhat realistic in terms of love. I mean, does this seriously look that comical? Megatokyo's a sad story under a silly image.

Writing TNN, going to continue on Insert Catchy Title Name, and also beginning on a new story *Inspired from two characters from megatokyo, with some changes.*
TNN: 1.5k words.
ICTNH: 16k words (Noo... *sigh*)
3rd Project: Not started.
Wish me luck! o_O

End of Exams
It is finally the end of the exams! Happy Dem'l and Happy Class.
Eng: Easy. Supposed to write about a friend who was a pillar of strength to me, so I wrote imaginary. My friends are really really hard to write about.
Lit: A pain. Analyze 2 poems in 60 minutes? Could only write 3 sides with no leaving lines. How did Josh write 7 sides? He scares me.
Chinese: Surprisingly easy. Muahaha, I might actually do well.
History: Noo, last question was really tough. I think I'll get <4 for the last Q (Upon 8). =(
Geography: Argh, forgot lots of stuff regarding mapwork. What IS the state where the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill took place, anyway? I haven't checked my Geog file yet. *checks*
Oh, it's Alaska. *sigh*
Math: Noo, I got the last question wrong. Standard form: (?x?)x(?x?)/(?x?)x(?x?). Argh, I could've done it too, darn blunder. (I thought you multiplied both sides first then divided them. Turns out you do it left-to-right. Bleh.)
Life Sciences: Yay, I could do it.
Physical Sciences: Yay, I could do it too.
3rd Language/Japanese: Noo, I've lost to Zhang by 3 marks so far. I need to beat him~
Art: Barely finished my 4th drawing. I really hope Mrs.Sherilyn Goh can understand my drawings.
---------------------------------------
Today was the Science Quiz! The questions weren't too tough, like:
Einstein's reason for getting a Nobel Prize in 1905 (or was it 1902? I forgot.): Photoelectric Effect
Scientific Name for Wolves: Lupus
etc. 1/2 of them were too hard for me, but if Jarrel and Jun Yi knew the answers, I'm curious why JK got those questions wrong. Ended up with our class getting 2nd.
2.1(Mainstream): 84 or so.
2.12(GEP *My class*): 108 or so.
2.14(GEP): 113 or so.
As you can see the mainstreams are utterly sad existences when it comes to science.
We're winning, we're winning, we're winning,
We've given them a thrashing, a thrashing, a thrashing,
I will laugh at you.
The mainstream guys who thought they're really coo-o-ol~
You're losers and failures at sciences,
You don't know the value of pi, I wonder why (You're losers, you're losers)
etc. That's I will Follow you, btw.

Matt passed me a song he created for StepMania. He called it F, dunno why. o_O
Managed to barely pass with a C. 2nd time round I failed. =(
Oh well, good to know he's doing this kinda stuff. =)

Monday's a holiday! Tuesday til Friday is the GEP Enrichment Camp!
Tomorrow's the First Aid Competition. *sigh*
Well, Cyaz all!
